The course accommodates groups of four to eight participants. During the class, presenters practice delivering relevant business material and receive feedback on their performance.

Participants are asked to complete a speaking skills self-assessment prior to attending. They receive a one-page tip sheet reinforcing the essence of the course content and a videotape of their practice sessions.
